Jessica Johtoneaux, M.S. CCC-SLP, QOM

 

Jessica Johstoneaux is a certified speech-language pathologist who has had over 18 years of experience providing therapy to adults and children. She received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from the University of Oregon and her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Brigham Young University.

Jessica has worked with a variety of age groups and in a variety of settings including providing therapy elementary, middle, and high schools both in person and online. She has had 6 years of experience offering online therapy. Online therapy can be a great option for those with busy schedules or distance barriers.

She loves learning more about speech and language disorders and is always participating in courses and workshops to further her expertise.

Jessica has pursued additional training in the area of orofacial myology which helps her to resolve tongue thrust swallowing and oral resting posture. These are often underlying foundational issues that can affect speech, breathing, dental health, and orthodontics.
